"Tower" is an endgame activity in which players try to climb 50 floors that get progressively more difficult. This activity only supports single player, and the item level requirements get higher as you level up. Each floor contains a unique task that must be completed within a certain time. These tasks can range from killing monsters to surviving the onslaught of enemies. If you die or the timer reaches zero, you will have to go through this floor again. You can exit and return to the Tower at any time.

 

Unlike Cube and Boss Rush, no tickets or Lost Ark currency are required to enter the Tower. The reward for this activity is mostly based on progress: you get engraving books, XP cards, and even skill point potions. Since there are no daily limits in this game, there is no catch-up mechanic in Tower. For the NA version of Lost Ark, there are two variants of the Tower: Shadespire and Fatespire.

 

 

HOW TO OPENNING THE ACTIVITY "TOWER"?

 

 

The "Tower" activity opens upon reaching level 50 and completing the "Public Announcement Tower" guide quest. Once both requirements are met, enter any major city and look for the Tower symbol on the map. In North Verne, it is in the northwest corner of the city center.

 

There you will find the Tower. Interact with her to select the tower you will clear and the floor you want to start on. Each floor will have a goal, time limit, rewards, and item level requirements. You can enter any floor that you have already cleared before. Remember that this quest can only be completed solo, so make sure you have good Tripod and Engraving skills before starting.

You will start on the first floor of this tower and have to work your way up. Each floor has its own goal, time limit and reward. The reward will be different if you complete it for the first time or a subsequent time on a different Lost Ark character. We'll cover the specific floor objectives and rewards in each tower's guide, but here's a general overview of the tasks that await you:

 

• Defeat all monsters: Self explanatory
• Defeat the boss: Self explanatory
• Survive: Avoid enemy attacks and crowd control effects
• (???): Usually these are boss fights, but they can vary depending on the type of tower

 

 

When you enter the tower, you enter the Battle Workshop, which upgrades your combat items and allows you to swap combat items. On some floors, you will have to use these items, so we strongly recommend that you bring Healing Potions, Panacea Potions, and Scarecrows with you. Also keep a few grenades in your inventory, as some Tower quests can only be completed with grenades.

 

Each floor takes place in a rather small arena with a small amount of cover. We recommend that you take one or two movement skills with you, which will help you avoid AoE and projectile attacks.

 

 

AWARDS

 

 

As we said, the rewards in the Tower depend on whether you complete the task for the first time or subsequent times. On your first playthrough, you'll get engraving books, stat-boosting potions, and even skill potions if you get far enough. Subsequent clears usually yield upgrade materials that are bound to your character upon pickup.

 

You may want to complete the first Tower on a different character, as the upgrade materials obtained from subsequent clearings can be useful for leveling up your main character's items. Potions that increase stats and skills obtained during the first purification are applied to all characters, so you do not lose anything from this.

 

 

REWARDS IN SHADESPIRE

 

 

Shadespire contains over a dozen T1 engraving books to upgrade your character, five potions to boost stats - two of them grant skill points - and various collectibles. All items received in Shadespire can be found below.
